Recruiting with a Blackbelt
Being an internet marketer can be frustrating if you lack the leadership skills, mindset, and upline support to succeed in this industry. I am currently reviewing Mike Dillard’s Blackbelt Recruiting series. I wanted to share with you some info I have learned. Of course if you would like to really educate yourself on this subject; you will have to get it in its entirety.

It is a well known fact; no matter how good you are 95% of people are going to say no to your primary opportunity. In order to sponsor a lot of people; you will have to talk to a lot of people. It is important to increase the number of people you talk to. Do not get frustrated; this is part of the process. Do not care if a person joins your primary opportunity or not. Once you get over the emotions; your chances for succeeding is greater. Remember the four S W’s (some will, some won’t, so what, some is always waiting).
Another important step a lot of people avoid is simply taking action. We take so much time getting ready to get ready; that we simply do not put into action what we have learned. Trust and believe in yourself; if you do not believe in yourself; why should anyone else believe in you. People follow people who they trust and have a leadership quality about them. Again we go back to the law of attraction. We attract after our own kind.
Do not try to sale your prospects. Please if you do not take heed to anything else remember this. People do not like to be sold. Do not be pushy salesmen when you are dealing with your prospects. You are coming off as desperate to your prospects. How would you feel if every minute; of everyday someone is throwing their opportunity down your throat? If someone wants to know about your business; they will ask you. You do not have to keep reminding them what it is that you do. This is a sure way to scare your prospects away. One technique you should use on your leads; is the interviewing technique. Let your prospects qualify themselves for your business. Everyone is not cut out for this business. You should not be sponsoring people just to get a check. Ask your prospect’s what is there why and what is going to drive them. What is going to keep them going when they do not see results right away?
You can get people to join your team even if you are new. If you are new make sure you get to know who your upline is. Get to know who is who in your business. Three-way call your prospects with your upline help. If they are not helpful; get to know someone who is successful in this business; and ask them to be your mentor. When you call your prospects; you should be the one asking the questions. The person who ask the all the questions, has control over the conversation. You should be in control of the conversation at all times. It doesn’t not matter if you just join your business today or 3 years ago; you are the expert. You know more about your business than they do. Have confidence in yourself. Demonstrate power and leadership when you are talking to your prospects on the phone.
To sum it up, if you want to sponsor a lot of people in a month:
Set your goals
Take massive action
Talk to a lot of people
Believe in what you are doing
Educate yourself
Get the course for yourself in its entirety. If you are not willing to invest in yourself; no one else will. I don’t mind the money that I invest in my education, because I know it is going to help me in the long run.
